About TDiwan

TDiwan is an independent game studio building interactive worlds at the core intersection of AI and gaming — where intelligent systems and handcrafted design are inseparable.

Who we are

TDiwan LLC is a Delaware-registered studio founded to answer a single question: what do games become when artificial intelligence sits at their center rather than at their edges? We are engineers, designers, and artists who treat AI as a native material of play — not a bolt-on.

How we work

We ship on a modern, cross-platform stack and build our worlds through a disciplined, systems-first pipeline. Every mechanic is designed for feel first; every system is built to adapt to the player in front of it.

Play-first

Mechanics and feel lead every decision. Technology serves the moment-to-moment experience.

AI-native

Intelligent systems drive how our worlds are authored and how they respond in play.

Accessible

We build to be usable by everyone — see our accessibility commitment.
